Product Licensure

We hope that you enjoy our products as much as we do. If you are satisfied with one of our products after evaluating the product, we encourage you to purchase a license. We offer licensure of our products at a low cost not possible for competitive products which have to be produced on physical media, shipped to a retailer, handled, etc.

After purchasing a license on a secure server, you will be redirected to our site, where you will immediately receive your Serial Number. To authorize your licensed software, simply run the software, and enter the Serial Number when prompted to do so on the screen.

Lost your Serial Number?

If you have lost your Serial Number, please send an e-mail to support@zakren.com including all of the following information from your transaction:

  • Your name.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • The title, including version number, of the product license purchased.
  • Your e-mail address.

Please send all of the above information to expedite processing of your request. After verifying the purchase in our database, we will promptly e-mail the product's Serial Number to you.

If you have purchased a license for a Zakren product, we will have a record of the transaction. (Please note that this information is used only for accounting and client (customer) service. Be assured that the record is confidential).
